July 27: @michelle_hare_ wore my shirt! (Which you can buy at link in bio!) She visited Toronto from Simcoe with her sons and I went down to Harbourfront to meet her in person for the first time. And she was wearing the shirt I sell. I’d been thinking of wearing mine but for some reason didn’t. So she was a step ahead of me. We could have been twinsies! 👯 I’ll have to be more on my game next time. 😂 👚 #Toronto #cartoon #tshirt #tshirtdesign #travelblog I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent #modelscout Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog

July 21: @bestwesternparkwayhotel’s front desk girls gave my niece & nephew Freezees! @sallykang731_ was on the phone and @ailin.f served the treats. A sweet way to introduce the kids to the hotel I stayed in for 10 days. We then went for a swim. I can’t wait to go back! Thanks for getting me back to 4000 Instagram followers! I hit that a few months ago, but then it slipped back when I had to stop posting for a while due to issues I’ll tell you about soon. So it means a lot to me that you’re all supporting me. Just last night the girl I was interviewing said “Don’t you have 3000 something?” and I said my goal is to get back to 4000. I still remember when I hit 1000 followers a few years ago. For the girl who was my thousandth follower, I planned to draw a cartoon or do something to thank her. I still haven’t got around to it. I better get on that. If I can remember her name. 😂 And now let’s keep growing this community of great people! 🥳 I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog #Toronto #hotel #hotellife #Ottawa

I just uploaded this as my iPhone 6S Plus filmed it. Here it is again with the Sierra Instagram filter, which seems to lighten the middle area and darken the edges. Which version do you prefer? I can’t decide which is better. 📲 I got a mini interview with @mackenzie_swanson97 as she got on her bus. We’d been talking solid for 4 hours, so there was no time for an interview before! The story: This was after our @zaksdiner meal in #Ottawa last night! @algonquincollege advertising grad Mackenzie wanted to meet so I could give advice on her portfolio and career. We walked around, she was hungry, there were too many restaurant options in Byward Market. I told her about my screenplay that opens with a guy trying to decide on a restaurant and eventually the girl just leaves. So we sat down in a random pub but the menu didn’t have enough options for her. So we moved on and I knew Zak’s wouldn’t let us down. In high school, I wore a teal Zak’s T-shirt with fluorescent pink writing. Mac showed me her portfolio, her notebook where she writes her daily ideas and her Instagram @thecuriousadvertiser where she posts the insights. I love that she has a notebook that she writes her ideas in. It reminds me of myself. Her ideas remind me of a bunch of standup comedy bits. I suggested she could film herself talking about her daily thoughts for Instagram or even do standup acts. Oh, and she was telling me that she got a wrap because when she can’t finish her meal, when she gets a sandwich it falls apart in the takeout box. And she feel sick if she finishes a whole milkshake at once. I suggested she get a take-out cup for the rest of the milkshake. She didn’t realize that was possible. But she asked, and the waiter said they had special cups especially for that. 🚌 I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog #Toronto #hotel #hotellife

Yesterday’s iconic #Ottawa pic: I went for a jog along the canal. Helping to rid the beautiful area of litter, I picked up off the ground a paper liquor store (LCBO) bag that had 2 beer cans in it, and added a 3rd can I spotted. It cleans the area, and I leave the cans in my dad’s garage so he can return them for 10 cents each - My way of paying rent when I’m visiting. (I also added an energy drink can, which I just put in a blue box, cuz those don’t pay money). I jogged past 2 Senior Citizen ladies who smiled at me. I waved and called out “Hello!” They called out: “LCBO! You have an LCBO bag!” I said: “I found it! I pick up litter!” They said: “Good for you!” I wish I’d had business cards on me, so I could quickly share my info so we could keep in touch. I want to stay in touch with all the nice people I meet. Remind me to design and print business cards this weekend! 🇨🇦 I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog #Toronto #hotel #hotellife

Tonight’s iconic #Ottawa pic. I walked to Byward Market. Anyone around and want to get 🍦? 🇨🇦 Side note: I’m glad Ottawa has a sign like Toronto has. For year I’ve been saying that cities need something people can take selfies with that will clearly brand the location on social media. 🇨🇦 I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog #Toronto #hotel #hotellife

July 20: Even the plain @goldenbubblescanada waffles without ice cream are so delicious, @mirarpilch couldn’t wait for me to perfect my selfie framing! 😂 I should visit @goldenbubblesottawa while I’m in #Ottawa! 🍦 I visited the Richmond Hill Times Square Summer Carnival across from @bestwesternparkwayhotel I was staying in. Got to #Ottawa today! Who’s in town and wants to be interviewed? I interview celebrities, actors, models, singers, businesses. We could meet in a coffee shop and film a quick, funny random chat. 🎤 Or we could just hang out. (I went for a walk along the canal tonight and took this on the new bridge.) 🇨🇦 I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #digitalnomad #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog #Toronto #hotel #hotellife

July 18: Review of my 2nd room at @bestwesternparkwayhotel. I moved after 1 night because I needed to be away from a generator and the squash courts, to have complete silence for my voice acting. July 18: On my 1st night living in a hotel - @bestwesternparkwayhotel - as a digital nomad, I realize I can’t carry around garbage that normally I might store in a home. It’s no longer an option to save (hoard?) the cute @teepublic shipping bag in case for some reason I want to return my own logo shirt. 👕 #Toronto #minimalism #hotel #hotellife I am: #celebrityinterviewer #entertainmentreporter #radiohost #comedian #actor #voiceactor #singersongwriter #cartoonist #copywriter #screenwriter #filmmaker #locationindependent #entrepreneur #minimalist #beautyinfluencer #modelingagent Other tags: #modelingagency #model #aspiringmodel #fashionmodel #modelling #modellife #modeling #travelvlog

Want a @starbucks in your living room? Last month I lived for 10 days in @bestwestern’s @bestwesternparkwayhotel, which has the same owner as the @sheratonhotels @sheratonparkway next door. So it’s like 2 hotels in 1. In the Sheraton lobby, there’s a @starbuckscanada that I think feels like it’s in my living room.
